Named after the famous 1941 song, the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel is an amazing hotel housed in a historic landmark – the famous Chattanooga train station. The building is beautiful and charming, and contains some of the original artifacts from the original 1908 train station; although it has been wonderfully restored. With Victoria style train cars for the guest rooms, this is has an intriguing allure.

For visitors staying at the hotel, there are some remarkable things to see and do here.

1. With old world glamour and charm, individual guest rooms are the railroad cars that are wonderful for a romantic getaway.

2. For those guests with larger families, the hotel has standard hotel rooms equipped with high speed internet connections, and queen or king sized beds.

3. A horse and carriage ride is something every visitor should take. It's a 30 minute round trip ride from the Hotel to Miller Park, and what a charming and lovely way to see the area.

4. Eventually everyone gets hungry, and to accommodate a variety of taste buds, eight restaurants are available at the hotel including one overlooking the formal gardens, a steak house, an ice cream parlor, and of course a specialty coffee shop.

5. For the shoppers, there is plenty of shopping on the grounds including Victorian era gifts and Civil war artifacts.

6. A model railroad museum also provides a couple hour's worth of entertainment.
