Kochi-Muziris Biennale: this major contemporary-art exhibition uses venues across Kochi rather than one permanent hall. Editions, dates, entry and accessible routes change. Cochin Carnival: Fort Kochi's year-end programme typically culminates around New Year with public events, a procession and the burning of the Pappanji figure. Exact dates, traffic controls and access should come from the current official programme.

Onam: Kerala's harvest-season festival changes city schedules, meals, retail and cultural programming. It follows the Malayalam calendar, so dates move annually.
