How to Get Around Termoli

Termoli is flat, small and does not need a car.

The borgo is a ten-minute walk from end to end, entirely pedestrian and entirely on the level once you are through the gate.

The modern town, the station and the beaches are all within twenty minutes on foot of the old walls.

Parking is outside the borgo and is difficult in August and simple the rest of the year.

The station is central, on the Adriatic main line.

The port for the Tremiti ferries is a short walk from the borgo.

Buses run inland up the Biferno valley to Campobasso and along the coast.

A car is useful only for the villages inland and the coast towards the Trigno.
