Overview

Changed
If you happen to be walking about the West State Street in Trenton, New Jersey, one great attraction that is sure to keep you busy and entertained for hours on end would be a visit to the New Jersey State Museum. This is a place that hosts a great collection of fine art and other type of artifacts, some of which are quite old, dating back to the 19th century in some cases.

Another interesting find while you are around is the planetarium that is hosted inside the museum. This has been around for quite some time, it is not very big at a capacity of 150 seat, but it can definitely be a relaxing and informative stop. Moreover, an auditorium is right next in the same building, and it houses a lot of events, from speeches to concerts.

Another great attraction inside the museum is the display of a Hadrosaurus dinosaur replica that is certain to captivate you and keep you staring in amazement. In fact, the species has been included as an official state dinosaur since 1991 and since, it has attracted a whole lot of visitors.

What is worth remembering is that admittance to the museum is free of charge for most of the displays and even special events hosted at the location do not cost a lot. As such no pressure is felt by any visitors and a good time as well as a trip through history is certainly what you can expect from the place.
