Hotel Danieli

Hotel Danieli is a historic luxury hotel on the Riva degli Schiavoni, at the corner of the Rio del Vin, close to St. Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace. It occupies the former Palazzo Dandolo and offers views over the lagoon toward San Giorgio Maggiore. The interior retains original 15th-century features alongside period furniture, Murano glass, and marble columns.

As a working hotel rather than a museum, the building's historic interior is best appreciated by guests or by visiting its public bar and restaurant respectfully, rather than treating the lobby as a photo stop.

Hotel Danieli sits on the Riva degli Schiavoni waterfront, a short walk east of St. Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace, and is served by the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop.

Non-guests can generally visit the rooftop terrace bar and restaurant, subject to availability and, at busy times, a reservation.
